As a Senior Implementation Associate, you will implement and maintain D&B Sales and Marketing solutions (S&MS) including Market Insight, Hoovers Audience Builder, Connect, and Rev.Up. You will become a subject matter expert in working with client data and configuring the D&B S&MS suite of applications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, a team player, and have a passion for data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead professional services engagements from contract signature to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, and client satisfaction
  • Lead the implementation project team, which includes Analysts, Customer Success Managers, and the Customer’s implementation resources
  • Prepare all client facing and internal deliverables such as the project plan and weekly status reports
  • Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot data quality issues and drive the resolution of discrepancies
  • Work Hybrid from the D&B Austin office
  • Travel up to 5%

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related field, with 3+ years’ implementation experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency communicating with technical as well as non-technical teams
  • Marketing domain experience (either working in a marketing department or working directly with marketers)
  • Strong project management, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) and knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo or Eloqua preferred)
  • Experience analyzing data sets to identify trends, using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and/or RDBMS with SQL
  • Ability to reduce complexity and problem solve
