We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Advanced Customer Analytics to join our team and lead our efforts in driving data-driven decision making.
As the Director of Advanced Customer Analytics, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our data and analytics strategy, providing valuable insights to inform key business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, and a passion for using data to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in analytics and a desire to make a meaningful impact.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Lead the development and execution of the FanDuel customer data and analytics strategy to support business objectives and drive growth.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive business success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, and finance, to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address them.
- Manage a team of analysts to execute analytics projects and provide guidance and mentorship for their professional development.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer analytics, staying current with industry trends, advancements, and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their data and analytics needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to various levels of the organization, including senior leadership.
- Identify and evaluate new data sources and technologies to enhance the company's analytics capabilities.
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness and impact of analytics initiatives and adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making by promoting the use of analytics throughout the organization.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Bachelor’s degree needed
- 7+ years of experience in data and analytics.
- 5+ years of team management
- Proven track record of leading and scaling analytics teams in large, fast-paced technology driven environment – direct to consumer experience preferred
