Your Opportunity

Title: German-Speaking Sales Consultant (Remote)

Reports to: Sales Team Lead, State-Funded Programs

Location: Work remotely from home with occasional trips within the territory

Contract: Permanent & full-time

In this exciting new opportunity you will be responsible for new business development and delivering sales targets to achieve our business growth objectives. In this B2B partnership role, you are accountable for market research, sourcing leads, identifying new clients, meeting and pitching to decision-makers, and securing new business deals across our portfolio of state-funded language training courses.

This role requires collaboration and partnering with public funding agencies and B2B clients, therefore a professional approach and excellent communication skills are key. You will be expected to work with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. 

Your Responsibilities

• Winning new business in your sales region in Germany, Austria or Switzerland
• Carrying out consultation appointments

• Support your customers throughout the entire sales process
• Creation of offers and follow-up of your opportunities
• Regular reporting on your sales targets
• Record all progress updates on the CRM system (MS Dynamics)

Requirements

We are looking for a professional collaborator with the ability to correctly understand and classify needs, success factors and goals, in order to build customer relationships. This role will suit a process-oriented and agile team-player, skilled with attention-to-detail and comfortable working with legal details.

We are looking for a motivated, ambitious and results-oriented Sales Consultant with curiosity and the ability to use initiative. We welcome applicants with achievements in B2B customer sales, preferably within education or training.

This role requires the ability to communicate fluently in German and English, and additional language skills are an advantage. A Bachelor's or equivalent university degree would also be an advantage.
