Medicine | IM Cardiovascular MedicineAdministrative Assistant in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine within the Department of Internal Medicine who provides administrative support to the Interventional Cardiology group's clinical operations; functions as liaison between the Division, Central Scheduling, IHIS, Cadence team, third party vendor (where appropriate) and division access leadership; creates and modifies physician templates and/or schedules for 11+ division providers in the Interventional subdivision; ensures required and appropriate levels of provider coverage of inpatient service, procedural and outpatient clinics, as well as special CVM programs, for both immediate need and long range planning; maintains accurate provider’s schedules for clinic time and/or call; ensures schedules are entered correctly in applicable scheduling systems; leads division clinical schedule changes; maintains appropriate block schedules, coordinates clinic cancelations, and acts as liaison to the patient scheduling center; provides administrative support to all Interventional faculty in the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine, including calendar management; coordinates travel for faculty; completes project work as assigned by Division Administrator or Administrative Manager.
