Job Description

Sixt is looking for a Project Coordinator of Branch Expansion to handle the coordination, implementation, control, and completion of projects, while remaining aligned with the strategy, stakeholders, and goals of the company. This role will focus on both current operations of the business and future products and services. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:  

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills and the ability to multitask 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong Interpersonal capabilities 

What you will do: 

• Day-to-day management of project roll-outs 
• Define project scope, priorities, and deliverables 
• Compile project-related data from different data sources and develop and produce recurring and other ad hoc reports as needed 
• Support Airport and Downtown development (new branch openings and relocations) 
• Work in close cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders 
• Coordinate across departments to maintain continued progress toward project milestones 
• Handle the documentation of product implementations and process improvements 
• Maintain and update project tracker to ensure common understanding of progress and priorities with Senior Management 
• Keep project budgets and timelines on track by anticipating challenges and adapting plans accordingly 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (business, project management, or STEM preferred) 
• Ability to quickly achieve proficiency with new software and technology platforms 
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other leaders on sensitive and/or emotional issues 
• Familiarity with project management methodology and processes  
• Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills 
• Familiarity with scheduling in a project management context, especially critical path method  
• Must have the ability to hit the ground running, being a team player with good presentation skills 
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
