We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, results-oriented Senior Marketing Manager, who will help support marketing efforts for our Measurement & Analysis segment team.

In this role, you will support and help execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, supports revenue growth, and strengthens our marketing for our Laboratories, Real Time Air, Stack, LDAR and OGI businesses. The ideal candidate brings B2B marketing and cross-functional experience along with a passion for translating complex technical offerings into compelling narratives and brand experiences. Key focus areas include omni-channel campaign development and content creation. You’ll need at least 10+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in environmental industry or professional services.

Our preference is for this role to be based in metro Denver, CO; Raleigh-Durham, NC; Dallas, TX; Irvine, CA; or Houston, TX, but we are open to remote applicants for this position.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing for the Measurement & Analysis segment, this individual will support the development and execution of strategic marketing that addresses the segment’s strategic priorities, operational objectives, and market opportunities. They will also serve as a key marketing point of contact for designated businesses within the segment.

Primary responsibilities include:

Campaign Execution & Project Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that connect multiple M&A service lines (e.g., Stack, RTA, LDAR, Labs) into cohesive, market-facing narratives

  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and cross-functional workflows

  • Ensure timely delivery of assets across content, design, digital, and field-facing teams

Go-to-Market Activation

  • Ability to translate strategic GTM themes (e.g., HON MACT compliance, cross-sell initiatives) into actionable campaign briefs

  • Ensure message consistency across all touchpoints, adapting for key verticals like refining, oil & gas, manufacturing, and chemicals

Content Creation & Thought Leadership

  • Work with MarCom team to develop assets including case studies, landing pages, blogs, one-pagers, and video scripts

  • Work with subject matter experts to extract insights and translate them into clear, audience-relevant thought leadership

  • Ensure content reflects Montrose’s point of view on evolving regulations, compliance strategies, and environmental innovation

Channel Execution

  • Activate campaigns through digital channels such as LinkedIn, email marketing, SEO, and account-based marketing
