Cyber Training, Testing, and Exercise Lead

The Opportunity:

As the Cyber Training, Testing, and Exercise (TT&E) Program Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing, planning, and executing cybersecurity exercises that strengthen our client's cyber resilience. This role leads the client's Cybersecurity Information Security Office's (CISO) multi-year program plan, ensuring alignment with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) cybersecurity testing methodologies and Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) guidelines.

The TT&E Program Lead collaborates with C-Suite leadership, and external partners such as CISA and DHS, to conduct cybersecurity exercises, ensuring the client remains prepared for cyber threats. This position requires the execution of 10+ exercises per fiscal year, covering discussion-based and operations-based exercises that evolve from workshops to full-scale cyber range exercises. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

• Experience tracking and managing compliance-driven exercise improvement plans and action items
• Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework, HSEEP, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS Controls
• Knowledge of Incident Response, Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, and PCI DSS compliance
• Public Trust
• Bachelor's degree
• CompTIA Security+ Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
