About the Role:
We are hiring an experienced Care Lead to oversee and support caregiving services in Lawton, MI. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in leadership and providing compassionate care.
Key Duties:
- Lead and support a team of caregivers
- Conduct supervisor visits and ensure care plans are followed
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being
- Assist with meal preparation, housekeeping, and mobility support
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- At least 2 years of caregiving experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
