The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $59,200 to $81,400 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

This is What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Responsible for site materials inventory tracking and movements from receipt through issuance to installation and commissioning teams.

  • Collaborate with Installation and Commissioning Teams to ensure timely and smooth issuance of material inventory

  • Support project reporting with respect to actual material inventory levels, identify shortages and surplus based on installation material requirements

  • Engage with Project Material Manager to ensure personnal are ready for to receive materials per forecasted delivery dates.

  • Record inventory receipts, stow-away, picking / staging, transporation, and issuance in the Dematic selected Materials Management Tool.

  • Excellent communication, influencing without authority, leadership skills, and competence in making recommendations for timely, effective, principles-based decisions.

  • Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of leaders.

  • Self Motivated with a desire to create a positive impact to the team

  • Experience in reporting effective KPI-driven operating / execution cadence.

  • Demonstrated team building skills with the ability to improve interaction and efficiency as well as the ability to break down barriers / silos.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Strong PC skills with MS Office
