Captura Hall is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our team with campaign coordination, administrative tasks, and marketing project execution. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials

• Support the preparation of marketing reports, presentations, and meeting materials

• Maintain updated records of marketing metrics, project files, and campaign schedules

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis as needed

• Help organize marketing events, product launches, and internal activities

• Manage invoices, orders, and budget tracking for marketing activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1+ year of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
