As a Project Administrator within PNC's Community Affairs organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

The Project Administrator will provide administrative support to the PNC Foundation and Charitable Trust Teams within PNC Community Affairs. In addition to the information provided, this job responsibilities will include the following:

• Payment batch processing for grants and charitable sponsorships
• Grant and charitable sponsorship check distribution
• Serve as primary contact for Accounts Payable inquires/questions
• Short Form grant request creation
• Monthly status reporting including charitable receipt and evaluation report tracking
• Meeting minute creation
• Uploading grant acknowledgments
• Cover letter preparation
• Calendar and email management for senior staff including meeting scheduling
• All mail handling and sorting

Job Description

  • Executes project objectives and deliverables, planning the work according to the objectives, and assessing and controlling risk for the project. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. No requirement for project size.
  • Assists with planning and scheduling of project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools. Accountable to ensure project team is resourced as needed.
  • Partners with project team members to assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution.
  • Tracks and reports progress (management information system). Prepares progress reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Communicates project updates and results to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
