Industrial Market Leader – Project Management Professional Services
We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive growth and execution in the industrial market, with a focus on advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, electrification, and 3PL logistics. This role will be responsible for developing and expanding project management professional services, overseeing strategic initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of complex industrial projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as part of the national industrial leadership team, collaborating with executive leadership to set strategic direction
- Take ownership of P&L growth for the industrial pipeline in the market by creating partnerships with brokers, capital markets, account directors, industry leaders, etc.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio and Austin industrial market
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex industrial projects, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget requirements
- Implement best practices for project management across the organization, including risk management protocols and quality assurance procedures
- Identify growth opportunities within target sectors (advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, electrification, 3PL logistics)
- Develop and expand our project management professional services offerings tailored to industrial clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial market
- Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of complex industrial projects, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and budget requirements
- Implement best practices for project management across the organization, including risk management protocols and quality assurance procedures
- Identify growth opportunities within target sectors (advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, electrification, 3PL logistics)
- Mentor and develop project management team members to build organizational capability
- Leading business development efforts to establish and grow market presence. Take ownership of P&L growth for the industrial pipeline in the market by creating partnerships with brokers, capital markets, account directors, industry leaders, etc.
- Managing end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, 3PL, R&D, and industrial development to advise on and execute projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assumes a business leader role in the development and execution of strategy for a team.
- Demonstrates high energy for the business, ability to energize others, and the willingness to take risks and make tough decisions.
- Oversee project implementation and execution through completion of construction.
- Projects may also be ground-up. Responsibilities may include, but is not limited to: pre-construction duties (e.g. programming, design, entitlements, bidding, permitting, consultant selection, design team selection, schedule creation, contractor selection, and vendor selection), ground-breaking, and all management of all of the aforementioned.
- Negotiate contracts with each selected team member/vendor.
- Extensive interface with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors.
- Maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution.
- Provide appropriate level of on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are being met.
- Performance management of all contracted vendors, consultants, etc.
- Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential liabilities and risk (fee, our reputation, errors and omissions, etc.) to Manager.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all PDS technology as required for assigned projects.
