Previous Dealership experience is not required- You just need to have the drive to win, be eager to learn, oh and like to make lots of money and work with a great team. We will train you.

The California pay range for this position is $75,000.00 - $160,000.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
