The Position

We are currently looking for a Technical Product Lead, to join our Team. Reporting hierarchically to Connected Channel Product Owner, you will be responsible for the delivery of business system solutions and processes that are based on blockchain technology in our program. This digital innovation program is designing, developing, and implementing blockchain based solutions across all business units in the company at a global level. The program is actively seeking partnerships with stakeholders in our business, both internal and external, to develop and implement pharma industry standard solutions.

What will you do?

• Guide a team of software designers and developers, overseeing the design, coding, verification, testing, documentation, modification, and refactoring of complex programs, scripts, and integration software services.
• Lead the design of software applications and components, ensuring alignment with project goals and strategic objectives. Develop and contribute to solution architecture across business, infrastructure, and functional areas, promoting scalability and maintainability.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing by engaging with cross-functional teams and leaders across the organization. Build strong communities of practice to break down silos, align on shared goals, and drive cohesion in designing and implementing larger software systems.
• Provide technical leadership across the software development lifecycle, conducting design reviews, offering hands-on support when needed, and ensuring adherence to modern design methodologies and architectural principles.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of DevOps practices to optimize scalability, performance, and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required

• You are a highly motivated self-starter and curiosity is what drives you. You embrace and value lean and agile principles to achieve positive outcomes and love to work in a team with a common sense and a good communicator that gets to the point quickly
• 5+ Years of demonstrated experience in the one or more of the following fields: Software Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Solution Architecture
• Preferably knowledge and experience in developing and implementing blockchain technology-based business solutions
• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Candidate must be able to communicate effectively across global boundaries and with a variety of functional areas and levels in the organization
