Position Summary
This position resides in Elon’s information technology environment which is centralized with strong leadership and coordination from the Associate Vice President for Information Technology and Chief Information Officer and direct report units. The Digital Identity Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of Elon’s technical assets by managing Elon’s digital identities and controlling user access to various systems and applications. The analyst will work closely with various IT teams and business units to implement and maintain robust identity and access management (IAM) solutions, policies, technologies, processes, and procedures. The analyst is responsible for account life cycle management and auditing as appropriate, and will participate in the development of workflows, system configuration, documentation, optimization and support related to access, while working with application teams to deploy new applications and functionality.

Minimum Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science or Business
2-3 Years of experience performing information security activities
Preferred Education and Experience
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
• Information security administration and governance.
• Security Awareness training and compliance experience.
• Experience implementing IAM solutions in both on-premise and/or cloud environments.
• Ability to support the creation and maintenance of standard procedure documentation.
• Familiar with requests for access and provisioning related to Elon’s IAM configurations.
• Knowledge of security and systems standards
