  • Coordinate administrative support for client service teams, including scheduling, meeting logistics, and document preparation for Partners and BU leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve operational issues, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Leverage firm policies and risk protocols to identify and proactively address gaps in documentation, systems, or compliance, escalating when necessary.
  • Support the development and editing of client-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and invoices.
  • Assist in onboarding and training of Associates and new team members, sharing knowledge of tools, systems, and best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and knowledge sharing by participating in team initiatives and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience preferred in administrative or operational support roles such as billing, contract management, or client intake, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Icertis, D365).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn complex systems and improve processes.
