Senior Service Engineer (m/f/d)

The Impact You'll Make

 

As our Senior Service Engineer (m/f/d) based in Neumünster or Lappeenranta, you’ll play a key role in keeping our Danfoss Editron electric and hybrid powertrain systems for heavy-duty and commercial vehicles and machine systems running smoothly for customers around the world.

 

From commissioning new systems to supporting service partners and delivering training, you’ll make sure everything works as it should. You’ll be part of our global Service team and collaborate closely with production and R&D.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Carry out service work on customer machines, starting with supported tasks and moving to independent commissioning of new systems
• Measure and analyze data to troubleshoot and solve complex issues in customer systems
• Coordinate, prepare, and complete challenging service cases on your own
• Deliver internal and external product training and keep improving training materials
• Drive corrective actions, including root cause analysis and preventive measures

What We're Looking For

 

• A degree in engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering or Power Electronics
• Hands-on experience in customer support and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site
• A customer-focused mindset and experience in training internal teams and service partners
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Fluency in English
• Willingness to travel 20–50% depending on project needs
