Food Services Assistant I

Job Summary: Assists in food preparation and service for patients and retail customers, maintaining cleanliness and adhering to food safety standards.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED in General Studies Preferred

Certifications and Licensures:

• None required

Experience:

• 1+ year in food service preferred

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and food service equipment
• Physically able to perform moderately heavy labor
• Familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
• Customer service skills

Job Specific Duties:

• Assists in food preparation, transportation, tray preparation, and sanitation.
• Delivers trays to patients and maintains professionalism.
