That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and professional roles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing and networking
- Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements
- Drive a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics
- Communicate interview expectations, timelines, and next steps
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS
- Provide hiring managers with pipeline and recruiting updates
- Build strong relationships with candidates and business partners
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring practices
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and efficiency

The Specifics.
- 1+ years of recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
- Strong interviewing and candidate management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work on-site
Nice to Have.
- Experience with Workday Recruiting
- Experience recruiting for corporate or professional roles
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing tools
