Meet the team:
The Senior IT Infrastructure Architect is responsible for the strategic design, implementation, and management of the organization’s advanced infrastructure architecture. This senior role ensures the stability, security, and scalability of global network, server, storage, and cloud services to support the company’s long-term objectives and technological growth.

1. Strategic Planning and Design:
- Develop and maintain a sophisticated global enterprise architecture, incorporating advanced network, server, storage, and cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into comprehensive technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment of the infrastructure architecture with industry-leading practices, organizational standards, and international regulations.
2. Implementation and Oversight:
- Lead the deployment of complex infrastructure projects across diverse regions, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee the integration of cutting-edge technologies and systems into the existing global infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure performance, providing expert recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
3. Security and Compliance:
- Ensure the security and regulatory compliance of the global infrastructure.
- Assist with implementation of advanced security protocols to protect data and systems from sophisticated cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and assessments to ensure international compliance.
4. Documentation and Leadership:
- Produce and maintain detailed documentation of the global infrastructure architecture, configurations, and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and training to IT staff and other stakeholders on advanced infrastructure topics.
- Lead cross-functional teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex infrastructure issues.
5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
- Evaluate and manage relationships with global vendors and service providers.
- Assist with negotiation of high-value contracts and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Serve as a liaison between business leaders and technical teams to align infrastructure goals with business strategies.
6. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and technologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and enhance infrastructure efficiency, performance, and cost-effectiveness.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to meet evolving global business needs.
What makes you successful:
You have the following:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and architecture, with a focus on technology planning and implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft domain and related enterprise technologies
- Extensive knowledge of advanced network, server, storage, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience with virtualization, disaster recovery, and backup
