Start your adventure with ALTER SOLUTIONS!</p><h3>Job Description</h3><ul><li>Requirements analysis conception / architectural design (under the condition to remain as much as possible in the ServiceNow standard).</li><li>Independent and self-responsible assumption of development orders and their documentation.</li><li>Support/consulting of users from the departments.</li><li>Participation in the assigned projects according to the milestones specified by the project.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Qualified training in the field of computer science or comparable knowledge and experience</li><li>Safe working in Agile methods</li><li>ServiceNow (Modules: Basis / IT SM; CMS incl. Discovery; IT BM; GRC; CSM)</li><li>API Interfaces</li><li>IT processes (esp.
