Clinical/Rehab Manager

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Nurse Manager/Rehab Manager for our Falls Church, VA  Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living, independent living, senior congregate living, 55+ communities, and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.  

 

As a Nurse/Rehab Manager your day may look like this!

• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Falls Church, VA, and other surrounding areas.
• Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, this could be your dream job!

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN or Acute, med/surg, and/or sub-acute experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience.
