*This position is currently full-time telework with the ability to periodically work out of our Tysons, VA HQ*

Responsibilities

  • Supports many areas of Performance & Business Operations.
  • Provides support to events and training – could be setting up the sessions and managing all logistics
  • Manages logistics for successful PBO programs
  • Recommends and supports process improvements and automation efforts for current programs
  • Supports PBO with emerging projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Current student enrolled at an accredited graduate or undergraduate program and in good standing.
  • Pursuing a degree in human resources, business, organizational development/management, workforce development, human capital, marketing or related discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be available for 10-12 weeks starting in May/June 2024
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and self-sufficient.
  • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality in all business matters.
  • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-oriented environment while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Perform general office duties, such as maintain paper and electronic files and databases, perform basic data entry, scan documents and save to network, prepare mailings, and deliver inter-office transmittals.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and MS Office Suite applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity or experience with SharePoint, authoring tools, and/or instructional design a plus

Other Information

  • This position required the ability to obtain a security clearance if needed, please note: only US citizens can obtain clearances. 
  • All intern positions at LMI are paid positions.
