The targeted hiring range for this full-time position is $87,500- $118,000 depending on qualifications; however, the expanded salary range provides opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand. Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:  

The Sr. Project Manager leads cross-functional teams to deliver projects across business units, focusing on supply chain data analysis and process improvement. This role manages project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and resources throughout the full project lifecycle to ensure timely and successful delivery. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead and motivate project teams to meet goals and deadlines. 
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation to deployment. 
• Oversee planning, vendor coordination, communication, scope, budget, and risk. 
• Report on project milestones, risks, and issues to leadership. 
• Solve problems creatively and collaboratively. 
• Help establish project management standards and tools. 
• Create detailed project plans and estimates. 
• Set and manage expectations with stakeholders. 
• Deliver reports, proposals, and presentations to various audiences. 
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. 

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:  

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 10 + years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additional experience includes: 

• 7+ years of experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment  
• 5+ years of previous experience with gathering requirements from the client / business and documentation  
• Experience in successfully leading projects and programs to on-time, on-schedule and within budget  
• Experience leading, motivating, and managing various project and program team sizes, including internal and external resources, while holding team accountable for performance  
• Experience drafting and submitting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes where necessary 

Preferred experience: 

• 5+ Years related experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing/Procurement, or Operations with full product lifecycle with understanding of development lifecycle and various manufacturing or business methodologies that support that lifecycle  
• Proven track record of improved performance in Supply Chain functions 
• Experience in implementing supplier improvement programs 
• Project management experience within multi-disciplinary teams along with exceptional collaborative skills 
• PMP Certification  
• Six Sigma Certification
