SAP Senior Technical Consultant with German Job

<p>Who we are </p> <p><br/> The client we are directly working for is the leading Bavarian automotive producer. The focus of our new team will be the environment of Production Shopfloor – Maintenance Management (Production Asset Management and Maintenance Control areas). The IT landscape of the products is characterized by NON-SAP and SAP systems. Since the applications are critical for the vehicle production, this project requires on-call duty.</p> <p> </p> <p>What you'll be doing</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Ensuring deployment, maintenance, and operations services in accordance our client`s DevOps methodology </li> <li>Work with the PIC Processes of the customer (Incident, Problem, and Change Management)</li> <li>Communicate and cooperate with the users and the customer  </li> <li>Participate in daily meetings with the team, weekly meetings with the customer</li> <li>Perform problem analysis and documentation, root cause analysis, logs analysis</li> <li>Solve the issues and tickets that arise in daily business</li> <li>Find performance issues in time and solving the problems proactively.</li> </ul> <p><br/> What you'll bring along </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in technical/non-technical field</li> <li>Minumum 3-5 years of experience in the application management technical support </li> <li>Experience with different SAP modules, preferable SAP PM and SAP (S4) EAM</li> <li>Experience with SAP solutions such as AIN (Asset Intelligence Network), MRS (Multiresource Scheduling)</li> <li>Experience in a support role, an ITIL certification would be a great advantage</li> <li>Experience with Non SAP technologies would be nice to have (Azure, Java, Linux, Oracle, Glassfish)</li> <li>Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German</li> </ul>
