Your main tasks and responsibilities:  

 

• Reviews customer requests, contracts and purchase orders and negotiates mutually agreeable terms and conditions for commercial contracts with customers.  
• Responsible for administration of the “ten golden rules” regarding Sulzer contracts.
• Creates and maintains contract files and contracts database;
• Negotiates, maintains and renews customer legal contracts, master agreements, and alliance agreements.
• Conducts risk assessment for commercial contracts

 

To succeed in this role, you will need: 

 

• J.D. or equivalent from accredited US law school. US license preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate contract review and administration.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish; oral, written, read. Portuguese knowledge also a plus
