Job Description Business Title Senior Process Associate - PTP Global Job Title Senior Process Associate Global Function Finance Global Department Finance Reporting to TL / AM / Manager  Role Purpose Statement This position requires experience in invoice processing/T&E clame processing/Payment Processing/PO Creation or modification etc.        Main Accountabilities • Invoice Processing of vendor invoices through VIM/SAP, Creation or Modification of PO's, Clame processing, Payment Processing.
• Ensuring all necessary controls checks to avoid any duplicate / wrong posting. 
• Adherence and compliance to internal Bunge AP Polices for Accounting.
• Complete daily allocation within defined TAT.
• KPIs Measurement, Analyze and Improvement              Knowledge and Skills    Behavior Make decisions aligned to Bunge’s global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.
Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.
Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge’s priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication.     Technical • Completion of daily allocated invoice count within the defined TAT.
• Validate commodity, non-commodity and Inter-company invoices.
• Controls checks to ensure no duplicate / wrong posting on vendors.

MS Excel
SAP – Vendor Invoice Management, Concur, SRM etc         Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in commerce with relevant 2-4 years of experience in AP Domain; SAP Knowledge
