Job Description
AECOM Hunt is seeking a highly talented Construction Project Manager to join our Hunt Construction group. This position will be supporting our Toledo, Ohio project site location.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Directs and manages the entire project, guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
- Accountable for all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
- Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre-construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract closeout.
- Position has primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project.
- Implements ES&H programs.
- Supervises Environmental Safety and Health Specialists assigned to the same project(s).
- Performs work, which involves a variety of functions that require a broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills.
- May be responsible for an ES&H program on a large, specialized, complex project or multiple projects.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirement:
- BA/BS and 8 years of relevant construction project management experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Preferred Qualification:
- Industrial/manufacturing construction project management experience
- Automotive manufacturing and Powertrain Plant construction and process equipment installation project management experience
- General Motors client experience
- Project controls experience in scheduling and costs, knowledge of the GM reports and Cost / Change Management requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office, Teams).
