Job Description
As a key leader in the Marketing organization, the Director of the TechNet Program is a strategic leader focused on continuing the evolution of the TechNet, marketing and solutions program. This highly visible role leads the program development and operations as well as leading the member and consumer marketing efforts. They will collaborate with a broad spectrum of key internal and external stakeholders. The Director of TechNet is an experienced leader with strong program leadership, strategy, communications, and marketing experiences that will enable the TechNet program to be an industry leading program supporting independent repair shops. They have a successful track record leading programs focused on driving loyalty, engagement and sales growth.
Success depends on building trust and collaboration at every level. This strategic thinker can quickly operationalize to solve complex problems and demonstrates agility and flexibility in a fast paced, customer focused environment.
The Director of the TechNet Program is responsible for ensuring the program supports our members and future members by focusing on what is important to them, anticipating their business needs and a program that drives value. This leader is responsible for member and consumer marketing efforts, developing comprehensive omni-channel campaigns designed to drive customer behaviors and purchasing decisions.
They will partner to directly impact professional membership, engagement, sales growth, retention, brand development and other KPIs across the Advance enterprise supporting Advance Auto Parts and CARQUEST across the US and Canada.
This position is part of a Hybrid work arrangement requiring four days a week in office at the Raleigh headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
Inspire, motivate, and ensure team is focused on serving customers
Develop a culture of customer focused innovation fueled by data and analytics
Develop and execute roadmap for program and operational growth across enterprise
Manage and forecast TechNet program, operations and marketing budget
Lead and integrate TechNet program and marketing team
Collaborate with key marketing partners, creative team, sales team, ecommerce team, user interface and experience team, information systems and technology team, key outside vendors and other departments on key initiatives.
Develop omni-channel strategies to engage customers, drive purchases and obtain professional sales and loyalty goals
Collaborate with the key partners in data analytics, customer research, sales and customer experience teams to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement program, marketing and branding strategies
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights
