Senior HR Generalist Full Time Days MTB

Position Summary:

Responsible for the operational, clerical and technical human resources related duties and may carry out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: employee relations, orientation, employment processing (life cycle), and interpretation of personnel law and hospital policy. Works under minimal supervision with moderate latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Masters Degree
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Five or more years as HR Generalist. Background in employment law.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 10 or more years

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: PHR/SPHR
