We are seeking a highly motivated and talented professional to join the Raytheon Talent Management team supporting Operations and Special Projects.
This role reports to the Director, Talent Management and will drive the execution of initiatives and consistent processes and content. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized and detail-oriented, experienced with creating executive ready presentations, be able to effectively work across several projects, and stakeholders, and be pro-active with a bias for action.
What You Will Do
- Coordination and partnership to execute RTX and Raytheon initiatives such as executive transactions, top talent program nominations, and executive coaching
- Creation and delivery of final, executive level content for key processes and projects such as talent councils and talent reviews
- Develop and manage standard processes and implement solutions to advance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Raytheon Talent Management team
- Full life-cycle project management of short and long-term projects driven by business and/or enterprise customer needs
- Develop audience-appropriate content to share information with key stakeholders across the business
- Ownership and delivery of first team cadence, content, and coordination
- Provide first-pass review and feedback for Talent Management on presentation content, promoting completed staff work
- Be an informal translator to transform requests into action and deliverables
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a university degree with 8 years prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 5 years of related experience.
- 2+ years of experience leading projects/processes within the HR or Talent Management field
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously from concept through adoption to meet project goals, track deliverables, change adoption, and key metrics where applicable.
- High-level of emotional intelligence and learning agility that translate to initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, confidentiality, and the ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment.
- Ability to leverage tools and technology including O365 Suite

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
