Software Test Lead Validation

En tant que Lead Testeur Logiciel, vous devez posséder des connaissances solides en système embarqués et de l'expérience dans l'intégration de systèmes embarqués complexes (la connaissance du monde automobile est un plus), détecter et analyser les pannes sur les prototypes, écrire et lancer les essais d'intégration, définir une stratégie de tests pour un environnent SDV complet (multi coeurs, multi SOC, multi OS).

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze customer and design requirements including identifying any gaps or missing information needed to perform Validation/testing activities.

• Participate in defining the testing strategy for the project.

• Design Software Validation Test Plan (test cases, test groups, automation scripts …) based on customer and/or design requirements.

• Execution of Software Validation Test Plan, analysis of test results, and report findings on defect management tools.

• Perform Software analysis and debugging for the Software-Under-Test and testing environment.

• Consolidate and prepare test result reports for customer delivery.

• Ensure readiness for technical reviews and perform technical reviews on validation test plan, scripts and results.

• Participate in providing project Software Validation estimation and technical risk assessment.

• Continuous communication of work progress through attendance of daily & weekly meetings and filling reports.

• Train and coach new team members on team specific tools and processes.

• Coordinate full project software validation technical activities when assigned.

• Participate in the improvement of the test environment to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience.

• B.Sc. in Communication, Mechatronics, Electronics or Computer Engineering.

• Excellent command of English language is a must.

• Strong knowledge of Automotive Software Architecture and testing techniques.

• Experience with C, C++, and Java programming language

• Experience with scripting languages (Python, Perl …)

• Knowledge of CAN, LIN, Ethernet and UDS Diagnostics

• Knowledge of Classical AUTOSAR, Adaptive AUTOSAR, FOTA, Android, Linux, QNX is a plus

• Different levels of ISTQB certificate is a plus

• The position is be located in Toulouse
