Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Distribution

This position is onsite at our North Huntingdon, PA location.

Essential Funtcions

• Support customers and outside sales team 
• Prioritize and manage your workload in a fast-paced environment 
• Proactively anticipate customer's and manager's needs 
• Field 50-100+ calls/emails daily 
• Effectively communicate via email/phone 
• Process requests for price, delivery, returns, order status, order expedites, product literature, and technical assistance. 

Experience, Education and Skills

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Associates / Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred
• 2+ years of experience in an inside sales / customer service position
• Previous experience in customer service, sales and/or purchasing within a manufacturing or distribution environment is strongly preferred
• Proficient with software programs relating to the customer service position including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook and vendor pricing programs 
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Working experience with Trend is a plus 
• Strong organizational skills, analytical, mathematical, and mechanical aptitude is required
