Summary:
Implement customer experience improvement projects such as redesigning the first 90 days of the customer experience, diagnostics engines and self-service / self-healing, conducting customer surveys, analyzing customer trends and survey responses, and identifying strategies to transform the customer experience for our 2M+ customers. Win buy-in across Vivint leadership to engage in transforming customer experience target areas—customer onboarding, install, billing, product reliability, and customer service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership on customer experience transformations
- Customer feedback collection and analysis to identify trends
- Track performance improvement against identified customer KPIs

Required Education/Experience:
- This role is an onsite role in Utah. Currently planned as 2-5 days a week onsite and can be remote on other days—subject to change.
- 5+ years’ experience in consulting, operations, change transformation, or similar fields
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, plus Master’s Degree strongly preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
