Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) in Owego, New York is seeking a full time Early Career Security Focused FPGA Design Engineer. In this role, you will work in a team-based environment, with the latest FPGAs, such as Xilinx, Intel and Microsemi devices. This exciting work will include aiding in the architecture definition and design of computer hardware for security focused design solutions. The candidate will research, develop, and release design data for avionics platforms and perform initial integration and test of prototype circuit boards by using a variety of electronic equipment and systems.
The successful candidate will be flexible, motivated, dedicated, detail-focused, team-focused, and capable of multi-tasking.
Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor of science degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering. Computer Engineering, Engineering Physics Degree or Equivalent
-Familiarity with test equipment hardware (Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.) and associated software
-FPGA programming using Verilog/SystemVerilog
-Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

-Familiarity with Xilinx (AMD) & Altera (Intel) tool suites
-Familiarity with cryptography, proofs, encryption
