The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

As a Customer Success Specialist at Solventum, you will help manage the end-to-end success of a sales program dedicated to generating customer feedback across the portfolio of healthcare customers across our solutions.   You will drive program adoption, deliver measurable outcomes, and cultivate long-term partnerships with our commercial organization that expand account value and loyalty. You are an outcomes-oriented, consultative executor who thrives at the intersection of customer advocacy, product value realization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the commercial organization in its navigation of the Customer Success program during an active CS cycle
  • Delivers CS sales training planning and execution
  • Drive program adoption through enablement, training plans, and best-practice playbooks
  • Partner with Sales and Technical teams on capturing forecasting, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and contract lifecycle data management
  • Review customer data for risks and opportunities, escalate cross-functionally when required and help brainstorm action plans
  • Serve as the voice of the internal customer – Proactively seek feedback from the sales teams executing the program, document, generate improvement ideas
  • Support strategy development and lead content development of internal communication programs
  • Support CS 360 Fusion program through project management and AI report navigation

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher and 5 years in Customer Success, Marketing, Account Management or Communications

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED and 9 years in Customer Success, Marketing, Account Management or Communications

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills across commercial, marketing clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in healthcare technology, health systems, payers, or life sciences.
  • Familiarity with CRM/CS tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, Totango) and analytics/data visualization tools.
  • Demonstrated track record of articulating program value and content creation
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable with data, AI and success metrics.
  • Familiarity in project management and change management
  • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear adoption plans.

Work Location: Remote – United States
Travel: May include up to 10% (Domestic/International)
