This role involves entering and managing data accurately while providing prompt and courteous customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and has strong communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and transaction data in company databases

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone or email and provide timely, helpful responses

• Maintain data confidentiality and ensure all records are up-to-date

• Resolve data discrepancies and coordinate with other departments as needed

• Generate and manage reports related to customer interactions and data trends

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks
