Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team covering the full range of DAWs within the Commercial Finance family, including generalists responsible for driving commercial finance operating rhythms.

• Provide centralized finance reporting capabilities, commercial productivity metrics, and commercial forecasting to contribute to overall business growth.

• Lead commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis while supporting regional sales/commercial teams.

• Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within the discipline, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to influence strategy development, resource control, and policy formulation.

• May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.

• Communicate complex concepts and influence others' opinions on particular topics, guiding them to consider different viewpoints.

• Impact the team’s ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness objectives, working within functional policy objectives.

• Regularly advise management in the function and/or business, supporting decision-making on important subjects.

• Exercise high levels of evaluative judgment to achieve required outcomes.

• Use high-level judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems that impact the function.

• Assess the quality of information provided and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders.

• Offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and provide recommendations.

• Utilize multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Accounting or Finance.
