<p> Position Description </p>
<p> </p>
<p>The Quality and Continuous Improvement (QCI) Team, within Engineering and Major Projects (EMP), are looking for a Quality Systems Coordinator whose key function is to support audit activities related to EMPs ISO 9001 quality certification. </p>
<p> </p>
<p>The QCI team supports the efficient delivery of major projects and engineering solutions required by ESB and its customers to lead the transition to reliable, affordable, low carbon energy at home and internationally. To support EMPs broad range of client services including, onshore/offshore windfarms, solar PV, battery storage, transmission/generation/distribution systems maintenance, flexible generation projects etc. EMP uses the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System . The QCI team specialises in driving a Quality and Continuous Improvement culture within EMP, management of EMPs Continuous Improvement Programme to deliver process improvement initiatives, management of the ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System within EMP </p>

<p>Key Responsibilities </p>
<p> </p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting the delivery of EMP’s internal quality audit programme including developing the annual schedule and leading internal quality audits </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Scheduling of External NSAI Quality Audit and stakeholder management of same </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintaining the quality action tracking system, the Quality dashboard and the SharePoint Quality Management System </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Participating in the development of appropriate quality metrics and monitoring and reporting on same </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Developing and delivering internal training programs such as QMS Awareness/Induction training, QMS SharePoint Training and Verification and Approval Training etc </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Liaising with Department Managers and SMT to drive key quality initiatives to embed a learning and continuous improvement culture </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Participating in cross department forums to promote quality continual improvement practices </li>
</ul>

<p> </p>
<p> Experience and Qualifications </p>
<p> </p>
<p>Essential</p>
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Management </li>
<li>Either a relevant 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience is essential, </li>
<li>Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard </li>
<li>Experience with Stakeholder Management </li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams </li>
<li>Technical Skills – experience using MS Office applications including SharePoint </li>
<li>Passion for quality and continual improvement </li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills </li>
<li>Organised approach to workload and an ability to work on his/her own initiative and to tight deadlines </li>
</ul>
<p> </p>
<p>Desirable </p>
<ul>
<li>Working knowledge of the requirements of structured management systems </li>
<li>Internal Quality Auditor (Ideally IRCA certified) </li>
<li>Membership of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), American Society for Quality (ASQ) or equivalent </li>
</ul>

<p>This position will be based in One Dublin Airport Central </p>
<p> </p>
