Sr. Director - Marketing Intelligence

The Gig:

The role of the Sr. Director, Marketing Intelligence will lead our marketing insights and strategy function. The role is responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer performance using marketing, media, and digital data. You will then translate those insights into actionable recommendations and reports for various teams across marketing and commercial.

What You'll Be Up To:

• Develop and implement a robust performance reporting and insight at a board level standard. 

• Lead the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various marketing, media, and digital sources.

• Uncover key customer insights and trends that inform strategic decision-making.

• Translate data into actionable recommendations and reports for marketing, media, and commercial teams.

• Partner with marketing and commercial teams to ensure insights are effectively utilized.

• Unlock through insights and performance management the optimisation of media investments, customer acquisition and conversion

• Lead a small team of analysts and key agency partners while partnering with existing data teams. 

• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing analytics trends and technologies.

• Develop and maintain clear KPIs to measure marketing performance.

SuperPowers Required

• Proven experience in marketing analytics and consumer insights.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., SQL, data visualization tools).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

• Ability to build strong relationships with marketing, media, and commercial teams.

• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and their performance metrics.
