Director, Product Management -Healthcare Subrogation

A mission critical leader, reporting to the AVP of Product Management, responsible for the building and ongoing innovation of a best-in-class suite of healthcare solutions. 

You will bring a deep, and broad understanding of healthcare claims processes, strategies, and metrics coupled with a passion for solving our customers' most strategic problems.  As part of the role, you will work collaboratively with key strategic partners and within Verisk’s Claim Solutions division. 

Your understanding of technical claim practices and healthcare business challenges will guide your creation of new products meant to deliver crucial insights to the healthcare industry.

About the Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the Role

• Create a healthcare strategy that results in multiple consumable products.  Determine where we might need to partner externally.

• Work with internal partners to bring products to market. 

• Assist in developing, managing, and executing product expansion strategy. 

• Assist in driving transformational change and influence alignment, sponsorship, and buy-in to the growth and transformation of our healthcare business.

• Work with customers to identify, inform, and prioritize market strategy, innovation, and development.

• Forge relationships with decision makers and execution teams within Verisk businesses (i.e. Casualty, Property and Underwriting) and outside solution providers to develop strategy and execute integration opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze product performance, using data to inform decision-making and future strategies.

• Proactively manage risk and help drive organizational process improvement.
