Are you passionate about coffee, organic and healthy ingredients, sustainability, and providing an exceptional customer experience?  Do you have experience in hospitality? Then you could be the Café Team Member we’re looking for, who is motivated and excited to join our inviting café concept with organic Scandinavian food and quality coffee at its core.

ARKET café is a seasonal vegetarian kitchen and coffee shop promoting natural flavors and a modern, more sustainable way of eating. The menu reflects our vision of the New Nordic everyday food. It emphasizes traditional methods and healthy ethically produced ingredients, consciously combining our Northern recipes with influences from abroad.

Your main responsibilities include:  

• Put the guest first! Welcome and actively attend to the guest’s every need in a warm and genuine way. 

• Prepare and provide quality coffee and food products at a consistently high standard. 

• Keep the display replenished during the day. 

• Receive and process deliveries. 

• Follow opening and closing routines and checklists. 

• Promote the culture, values and concept of the café. 

Qualifications

We are looking for 

• You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way. 

• You enjoy working with customers and a diverse team. 

• You are passionate about coffee & food, quality, and sustainability. 

• You take ownership and drive sales. 

• You are reliable, flexible and available on days with most customers (Fridays, Weekends)
