Our Ballston Spa Location is currently looking to immediately find a Commercial Window Specialist! 

 

Responsible for the development and growth of our commercial window business by engaging the architectural and commercial builder communities.  Increase market awareness and gain substantial market share within a defined geographic region.  This position will coordinate with branch management and sales.

 

$24 - $26 per hour, starting rate depending on experience!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Growth and Development

• Drive and expand our commercial window business by developing strong business relationships with architects and builders
• Partner with our outside contractor sales and management to grow existing customer’s window business, to assist with product conversions, and to develop and open new customers and markets
• Lead and support customers through the complete selling cycle to include specification analysis, proper product identification, bidding, installation
• Work with architects to drive our product specifications and/or work with customers to recommend alternate products and re-drive specifications with the architects
• Prepare and deliver on-site educational, product presentations for architects and builders
• Leverage resources to identify job leads and business opportunities
• Represent the company at promotional functions and participate in architectural associations and other builder associations

Extensive Sales Knowledge of all window product lines with effective Closing Technique
