Work Situation
This will be a full-time hybrid position with an expectation of one (1) day per week in the office, and the rest of the time working from home. Our Great Lakes Area office is located at: 41100 Plymouth Rd, Plymouth, MI 48167. Candidates need to be local to the area. The work schedule is Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

In this position, you will expertly navigate supporting the needs of our Great Lakes Area Sales Team. Your primary responsibilities include: responding to support requests from our Sales team sent via Outlook email or through a MS Form, logging/completing Salesforce Tasks, generating and submitting individual and complex orders using Salesforce, managing multiple systems to complete the support request which may include extensive data mining and general financial reporting using Excel spreadsheets, handling occasional inbound/outbound voice calls and Teams video calls. Additionally, this role includes direct customer interaction via phone and email. We provide ample training through a formal onboarding program along with communicating clearly defined performance expectations to ensure your success!
I. Job Summary
Under direct supervision, assists in administering the sales policies and procedures, and provides analytical and statistical support for the Sales Manager.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
- Performs basic clerical and statistical reporting for Sales on a daily basis.
- Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes.
- Performing administrative tasks as needed to support the Sales department.
- Reviews system changes and preparation of mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
- Designs forms and supervises layout and desktop publishing.

Education and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).
Experience: Two (2) years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).
