THE JOB:

As a Gourmet Food Server at Michael Mina, you will be an essential part of our fine dining experience, responsible for the precise and timely delivery of dishes while upholding the highest standards of hospitality and service. Collaborating closely with the culinary and management teams, you will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.

THE STARTING RATE: $14.1037

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Welcome guests with a warm and relevant greeting, utilize your knowledge of menu, guest preference, service and selling  techniques to guide selections

• Knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, preparation method and time, major ingredients and quality standards of taste,  appearance, texture, serving temperature, portion size, garnish and method of presentation

• Be familiar with all hotel services, features and local attractions and activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately

• Maintain table cleanliness and utilize a silent service approach

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Four Year or more of prior relevant experience working in a similar gourmet restaurant

• Able to work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
