THE JOB:

As a Lifeguard, you will set the stage for an excellent guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $15.00

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide safety by watching over water and deck areas and responding to emergency situations.

• Adhere to company policies and legal requirements regarding safety, health, and welfare of guests, employees, and the  property.

• Report all guest and employee incidents/accidents to a Supervisor and complete needed documentation.

• Direct guests to key locations in the property including emergency exits and procedures.

• Proactively greet and interact with guests, assist all guests with pool side needs to include seating, towels, hours of  operations, ADA requirements, amenities, directions and other needs.

• Respond and resolve guest needs in a timely manner and creatively solve problems with the ability to anticipate, recognize,  evaluate, and resolve potential difficulties.

• Responsible for daily pool set-up and breakdown, cleaning, linen distribution and maintaining attentiveness to the  environment to enhance guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 16 years old or older.

• Must be able to swim to obtain the Lifeguard certification.
