Job Description

We're looking for a Client Coordinator to be responsible for client planning and the inner workings of client accounts! 

What you’ll do here... 

• Participate in the Client strategic planning process to collect, refine, and interpret Client marketing solutions.
• Translate the Client’s needs and directs internal cross-functional departments on Client expectations.
• Investigates and resolve issues for job-related tasks, and owns the escalation of issues as appropriate until resolved.
• Effectively collaborate with Clients and internal partners to find a mutual solution, and communicates and positions information on challenging situations to the Client and/or Sales.
• Collect, compile and enter data into multiple systems and maintain client-specific reports.​

Qualifications

What you’ll bring to Valassis...

• Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
• A great eye for the details
• 2-5 years of account or program coordination or management, client service experience; ability to coordinate multiple client contacts and types.
• Ability to communicate effectively to varied audiences, including strong positioning skills and positioning sensitive information with limited direction.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical ability.
• An impressive ability to juggle a lot at once and still meet deadlines.

Additional Information

Base Salary: $50,000-$70,000

The ultimate compensation offered for the position will depend upon several factors such as skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
