We are seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our chat platform and services. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries with professionalism and accuracy, ensuring customer satisfaction while helping users navigate our solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.

• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues with chat platform tools and integrations.

• Document and escalate technical issues as necessary to the support or development teams.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our internal system.

• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

• Contribute to the improvement of customer service processes and knowledge base content.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related role.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficient with help desk software and CRM tools (experience with Zendesk or similar platforms is a plus).

• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
