ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Salesforce Architect to join our team in.  This is a remote position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the architecture, planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines, scope, and budget.
• Work with clients, business analysts, developers, and other teams to gather requirements, configure solutions, and provide technical support.
• Help identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and support the development of mitigation strategies.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions meet high standards of performance, security, and compliance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical specifications and progress reports.
• Stay current with Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends, contributing to process improvements and innovation.
• Participate in product change control board activities as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, 8+ years of experience; 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect/SME
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) preferred.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, customization, and integration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the Department of Veterans Affairs (highly desired)
• Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Teams, and GitHub.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen and willing to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
• The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and clients, which may involve delivering presentations ad must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
