In QAD Consulting and Transformational Services we support our global services projects by delivering offshore and onshore consulting services to our clients worldwide, remotely mainly, often working hand in hand with local consultants in the Region. We are extending our ERP Consulting and Transformational Services team by seeking an ERP Application Consultant - Manufacturing who has the skills, qualifications, experience and commitment to help us achieve this goal.</p><p>If you are looking to join an exceptional global consulting team of dedicated professionals driven by a desire to deliver business optimization to global business companies we welcome you to consider joining our team at QAD.</p><p><em><strong>The position is fully remote from Poland.</strong></em></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><p><strong>Client Projects:</strong><br/> ● Implement mainly QAD ERP Customer Orders, Shipping, Packaging, Sourcing,<br/> Receiving, Inventory, Supplier Performance and Customer and Supplier Release<br/> Management modules but also other QAD solutions related to QAD ERP like EDI,<br/> Demand &amp;amp; Delivery or Automated Solutions (data collection automation)<br/> ● Work in a global consulting team delivering professional services to global clients<br/> ● Provide services, remotely mainly, though limited traveling can be required especially<br/> during certain critical implementation project phases (ex: go-live support)<br/> ● Perform a range of activities required to enable the client to successfully implement and<br/> utilize QAD applications<br/> ● Determine detailed activities on a project by project basis. Tasks may include system<br/> configuration, training, business process design, testing, gathering requirements for<br/> extensions and others as required<br/> ● Frequent and regular communication with clients. Interact with clients and is adept at<br/> establishing solid working relationships at several levels.<br/> ● Thoughtfully and carefully researches and analyzes problems, articulates the issues,<br/> options, advantages and disadvantages and presents resolutions.<br/> ● Always responds to and answers client questions: if answer is not known, follows up to<br/> get information to client in a timely manner<br/> ● Support to end users during the whole lifecycle of implementation projects but mainly at<br/> the most critical phases of the project like CRP, UAT and Go-Live phase, could be on<br/> site.<br/> ● May provide direction to others in at least one application or subject area</p><p><strong>Internal:</strong><br/> ● Operates under broad direction from clients or QAD Project Managers to determine the<br/> tasks, steps and timing necessary to accomplish the objective.<br/> ● Ultimate goal for consultants is to work independently and require little support.<br/> ● Proactively participates in meetings and discussions and offers advice and guidance.<br/> ● Identifies potential issues and risks and communicates to supervisor with suggested<br/> paths for resolution<br/> ● Ensure project documentation is stored in internal QAD project repositories<br/> ● Participates in one virtual team or workgroup and creates work aids and other<br/> knowledge capital.<br/> ● Submits time and expenses weekly as scheduled, and regular status reports<br/> ● Typically complete 2 weeks of training per year<br/> ● Other duties as reasonably required of this role or requested by management<br/> ● Working with a proven implementation methodology and tools</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>● Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply<br/> Chain Management, Procurement or related discipline<br/> ● Certification in APICS or QAD Products is added value<br/> ● QAD Application Knowledge, especially in the Supply Chain, Customer Management,<br/> Scheduling &amp;amp; Planning, Analytics to support operational KPIs<br/> ● More than 3 years experience in operations and logistics, inventory and distribution<br/> implementations and business consulting with top tier (&gt;$1B revenue) global customers would be preferrable. <br/> ● MES applications or data collection experience is welcomed<br/> ● Possess strong business process practice, both the body of knowledge and hands-on<
